How does a Termite Guarantee work?
Slug-A-Bug offers two types of guarantees when it comes to Termite treatments. The first and most often requested is our 5 or 10 year “REPAIR” guarantee. This protects the home owner from a re-infestation and the costs associated with correcting any damage termites have caused if the treatment should fail. Slug-A-Bug guarantees that you will remain termite free for the duration of your policy or Slug-A-Bug will re-treat the affected area and repair the damage caused by a re-infestation up to 1 Million dollars.
The second type is a “RE-TREATMENT” guarantee. A re-treatment guarantee protects the home owner from a re-infestation and the costs of re-treating the structure. Slug-A-Bug guarantees to maintain your home termite free for the duration of your policy or Slug-A-Bug will re-treat your home for free. Back to Top
Why should I have an ongoing pest control program?
In some cases a one time service can eliminate your immediate pest problem, however there is no long term protection against a re-infestation. Most pest control products are only designed to last 3 months, leaving your home susceptible to pest problems. Dixie has undergone extensive, expensive training much like the bomb sniffing dogs which protect our ports and airports.
